2. Age and Access Restrictions
Access to the Website and our services is available to all users. However, to access our Resilience Restoration Membership Program and any other online courses or coaching programs, you must be 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Creation and User Responsibility
To access our online courses and programs, users are required to create an account by providing their full name, email address, and phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including the security of their password.
4. Website Availability and Third-Party Services
We regularly update our courses and resources and may schedule maintenance that may result in temporary outages. We will notify users of any planned or unexpected downtime.
Our website is hosted on Kajabi, and we use Kajabi's services for course platforms and payment processing (via Stripe). By using our Website, you also agree to Kajabi's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Coaching Programs and Online Courses
We provide self-paced and live video sessions on mental health and wellness topics. Members who maintain an active subscription will have unlimited access to our course library. If a user cancels their subscription, they will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle, and no refunds will be granted for the remaining time.
6. Payment Agreement
By subscribing to any of our coaching programs or services, you agree to be automatically billed in accordance with the payment plan selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed on a recurring basis as per your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annually), unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle. You authorize Hannah Abad Coaching to charge your payment method on file automatically for each subscription period. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
In case of failed payments, you will be notified and given a grace period to update your payment details. Failure to resolve payment issues within this period may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials available through our Website, including courses, documents, videos, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Hannah Abad Coaching and are protected by copyright laws. You may download materials for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use our content for any personal or professional gain without prior written consent.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Our programs and services provide resources, tools, and guidance for mental health and wellness, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of our services depends on individual action, commitment, and various external factors. Therefore, we disclaim any promise of specific results.

We are not licensed mental health professionals, and the content provided on our Website and in our coaching programs is for informational and guidance purposes only. 10. Refunds and Cancellations
We do not guarantee refunds for payments made for any of our services. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Clients may contact us at admin@hannahabadcoaching.com to request a refund. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds or pro-rata payments are not available for canceled subscriptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hannah Abad Coaching and Prime Collaborative LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or Website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, emotional distress, or other intangible losses. You agree to use our Website and services at your own risk.

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will first be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration will follow, and if necessary, disputes may proceed to court. All dispute resolution proceedings shall take place in Comal County, Texas.
